Akari means "light" in Japanese. The colors in these yarns are inspired by the midnight sun, it's light changing color from moment to moment. Fabric made with this yarn is very soft and supple from the combination of fibers. The pattern for the featured project is called Mystic Square, by James Watts. I used one whole skein plus part of a second one in Color #20 to knit this top. I'm going to knit some hats with the remnants of the second skein!
